1. PAYMENT

1.1 Payment must be received in full before absolution saves ltd can accept an order.

1.2 On placing your order a confirmation email will be sent to you, this is not a receipt of payment for the goods; full payment is required before absolution saves ltd will dispatch your order.

1.3 You are responsible for ensuring all your details and requirements are correct when placing an order.

1.4 Orders can be paid for with most major debit or credit cards, by cheque or postal order. Cheques should be made payable to absolution saves ltd and posted to our contact address for the attention of Abigail Billinge. Before orders can be accepted and processed cheques must be cleared.

1.5 If full payment is not received within 14 working days of an order being placed it will be cancelled.


2. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

2.1 Any negligent use of your customer account is your responsibility; please take of your account and ensure no third party has access to it. If you do become aware of a problem please contact us immediately.


3. PRICE

3.1 All prices shown on absolutionsaves.com are in £ sterling and include VAT where appropriate.

3.2 absolution saves ltd reserves the right to alter prices at any time without notice, including those advertised.

3.3 While we try to ensure all pricing is correct, if there is an error absolution saves ltd reserves the right to cancel the order. We will, however, contact you with the correct price for additional payment or to refund monies, if an overpayment is made.


4. DELIVERY

4.1 UK delivery is charged at £2.50 for all orders totalling under £25. For UK orders over £25 postage is free of charge.

4.2 Items are sent by Recorded First Class mail in one consignment to the address specified when an order is made. A signature will be required on receipt of delivery.

4.3 absolution saves ltd is unable to deliver to some addresses and will offer a full refund if this is the case.

4.4 International orders are despatched First Class mail, European addresses are charged at £5 and worldwide £8.

4.5 absolution saves ltd is not responsible for import duties and taxes on overseas deliveries, unfortunately we are not able to advise on these costs.

4.6 Order delivery is subject to stock availability and a full refund or an alternative product will be offered if an order is not able to be fulfilled.

4.7 absolution saves ltd is not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

4.8 Wholesale orders are charged at the carriage cost.


5. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

5.1 As outlined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (2000) you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within seven working days after you have received the goods. If you do decide to cancel, you must first notify us in writing (letter or email.) A telephone call is not sufficient. The return must then be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

5.2 If you find an order to be incorrect or defective you must first contact us by writing (email or letter), as soon as you are aware of the problem. The item can only be returned within 30 days of purchase.

5.3 Items cannot be returned if worn or washed and not in their original state, ie tags and labels still attached, unless found to be defective.

5.4 Should you wish to make a return for refund or exchange, please include the details of your order, contact details and your reasons for making the return. It must be sent to the below address;

5.5 You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. If returning them, you should take reasonable care to ensure that they are received in good condition and not damaged in transit.

5.6 Returned orders are the responsibility of the sender until absolution is in receipt of the package (a proof of postage certificate or recorded delivery would be wise.) We will notify you by email once we have received the package.

5.7 If the goods are not adequately packaged, are incorrectly addressed, do not carry the correct postage or become damaged as a result, absolution cannot offer any exchange or refund.

5.8 absolution saves ltd does not offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been exposed to abuse or improper wear and tear (Statuary Rights not affected.)

5.9 Customised and personalised orders cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless defective.

5.10 Refunds can only be made through the original method of payment.

5.11 A refund or exchange cannot be made until the goods are in absolution saves ltd's possession and it is your responsibility to return the goods as they remain your property until they are returned.

5.12 Postage and packaging costs are a direct cost; no refund can be offered for these, unless the return is found to be defective or incorrect. A receipt of postage must be produced if a refund is agreed and we will only cover the costs of recorded or standard mail.

5.13 absolution saves ltd aims to resolve all refund or exchange requests within 30 days of receipt of the return; any refund or exchange request is subject to these terms and conditions. If for any reason you have not heard back from us after this period, please do not hesitate to contact us.


6. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

6.1 Failure to perform or the delay of any commitment set out in these terms and conditions due to events beyond absolution saves ltd's control, such as, but not limited to, industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, accidents and system failures, relinquishes absolution saves ltd's liability.


7. LIABILITY

7.1 Unless you notify us in writing (letter or email) of a problem with your order, absolution saves ltd cannot be held liable for the issue. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods.

7.2 absolution saves ltd accepts no liability for undelivered goods if you do not inform us in writing (letter or email) within 40 days of placing your order.


8. PRIVACY POLICY

8.1 absolution saves ltd does not share any client or prospective client information. All information entrusted to us is private and confidential to absolution.

8.2 All electronic payments are managed by PayPal™; we do not collect your bank or card information.

9. COPYRIGHT

9.1 absolution saves ltd owns all rights, including copyright, contained on this website.

9.2 Use of this website or any content of this website for anything other than non-commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission.


10. GOVERNING LAW

10.1 These terms and conditions are set out in accordance with English law and are the sole jurisdiction of English courts.
